• RANDY TRAVIS

Born in May, 1959 as Randy Bruce Traywick, Randy and his brother were playing conventions and private parties throughout the South as a musical duo by the time he was 10 years old. At 16, he won a talent show hosted by Country City USA and eventually played at the club full-time before moving to Nashville in 1981. He changed his name to Randy Ray and then record executives changed it to Randy Travis when he signed with Warner Brothers Records in 1985. Now, with record sales over 25 million, 22 number one hits, six number one albums, six Grammy's, six CMA's, nine ACM's, 10 AMA's, seven Dove Awards, and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Randy is the rare and lucky man who's been able to make all his dreams come true.
